Terms of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the sales of food supplements made on escopmaroc.com. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 — Products

The products offered are food supplements. Photographs and descriptions are as faithful as possible, but slight differences cannot engage ESCOP’s liability.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (DH), all taxes included. Delivery fees (35 DH) are added to the order total and displayed before confirmation. ESCOP reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

Article 4 — Orders

An order is final once validated by the customer. ESCOP confirms receipt of the order by email or by phone.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is made on delivery (cash payment upon receipt of the parcel), anywhere in Morocco.

Article 6 — Delivery

Products are delivered anywhere in Morocco within 24 to 48 working hours after confirmation, to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are indicative.

Article 7 — Withdrawal and returns

The customer benefits from a 14-day “satisfied or refunded” guarantee from the date of receipt. The product must be returned in its original condition. For any request: [email protected].

Article 8 — Guarantees

The products are ONSSA-certified and comply with the Moroccan regulations in force on food supplements.

Article 10 — Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the competent courts of the district of ESCOP’s registered office will have jurisdiction.
